Showcasing Bruichladdichs commitment to terrior and Islay this is the 100% Islay grown barley release from Octomore farm. Just across the road from the distillery.

The Macallan 25yo Sherry Cask - $110 (30ml)/$215 (60ml/Cocktail)
Intensely rich this 25 year old release from Macallan has spent it's entire life aging in barrels previously holding sherry from Jerez. An opulent and extravagant whisky for that special occasion... or maybe just a Wednesday.

Black Gate Solera Batch 2 - $27 (30ml)/$52 (60ml/cocktail)
The 2nd release from NSW distillery Black Gate employing a system of fractional blending called Solera, commin in Sherry production. This system fractionally blends each vintage together resutling in a complex and layered experience for the drinker.

Ichiros Peated - $49 (30ml)/$94 (60ml/cocktail)
A limited release from famed Japanese distiller Ichiro Akuto. Reminiscent more of a peaty Islay whisky than the traditionally softer and more subtle Japanese style this is definitely one for the peat heads.

Glenallachie Australian Exclusive - $23 (30ml)/$44 (60ml/cocktail)
Bottled exclusively for Australian Glenallachie importer Vanguard Luxury Brands this 10 year old single cask was put into a brand new virgin barrel the same year that Vanguard was launched (2008) and is said to have a distinct banana note which is ties in with the companies famed banana flasks.

A limited release from one of our favour Irish distillers combining the nutty, honeyed sweetness of Writers Tears with the rich and powerful fruitiness of Sicillian fortifed wine casks. The result is everything you want in a whisky.
