To peat or not to peat, that is the question. With more and more distilleries playing with Peat we delve into those breaking tradition and playing with how they choose to use peat. Whether it’s adding it in or leaving it out, join us to find out what a difference it can make.

Wednesday 14 August – Rare Releases &  The Harlem Nocturnes

Once a year Diageo releases some of the rarest Scotch whiskies on the planet. These are special releases from closed distilleries, tiny production distilleries or simply special casks that shine as something spectacular from a well known distillery. We’ll be joined by Diageo’s Andrew McIntyre to taste some of our favourites from this years releases. This is our oldest collection of whiskies to date for a Whisk(e)y Wednesday with the youngest being 21yo all the way through to a very special 48yo Grain Whisky.
