The 100% Scottish Barley release of Bruichladdich's famed most heavily peated whisky in the world.

Showcasing Bruichladdichs commitment to terrior and Islay this is the 100% Islay grown barley release from a single field on Octomore farm. Just across the road from the distillery.

Bruichladdich Octomore 10yo Dialogos - $32 (30ml)/$62 (60ml/Cocktail)
Only the 3rd ever 10yo release of the Octomore series a mix of ex Cognac, ex Port, Ex Bourbon and Virgin American Oak casks were used.

McCarthys Orgeon Single Malt - $23 (30ml)/$44 (60ml/cocktail)
An interesting medium peated release from an American Single Malt producer aged in Oregon Oak casks that show a flavour profile similar to European Oak.

The oldest ever released Caol Ila. Layered and complex from its long slumber in barrel.

A 26yo vintage master piece. The Black Art releases from Bruichladdich are steeped in mystery and intrigue. Can you guess what barrels have gone into the make up of this exquisite dram?

Blavenie Sweet Toast of American Oak 12yo - $15 (30ml)/$28 (60ml/cocktail)
The brain child of Aprentice Malt Mast Kelsey McKechnie this Balvenie release has been finished in virgin American Oak barrels that have been toasted instead of the traditional charring that they get.
